Access for the patient to his current medication list.

The patient wants to view his/her own current medication list. The patient may wish to print the list, show it to a healthcare provider, or get information about side-effects, dosage et cetera

Functional process flow:
- Patient opens a website
- Patient logs in on the website (his PHR, or a pharmacy)
- Patient navigates to the page with the current medication
- Patient views the medication list
- Patient prints the medication list
