xShare use cases 1

The xShare project aims to set new standards and allow the patients to share their own health data via the European Electronic Health Record Exchange Format (EEHRxF) specifications defined under the European Health Data Space (EHDS) legislation. xShare’s eight Adoption Sites (AS) are developing and demonstrating how the patient, by simply clicking a Yellow Button, can share their data.

Well documented Business Use Cases (BUC) are foundational in describing the work to be done in the Adoption Sites. Each BUC describes how end users use a system within a specific Health Information Domain (HID, e.g. Patient Summary). Collections of digital services will be established (e.g. xBundles) to operationalize each BUC.
